Liberate Yourself From Stress
Start becoming aware of how the condition of your body reacts to stress. Your body sends signals to your brain when it doesn't feel right. Think about what happens to your heart, blood pressure, nerves, muscles, or bones when you encounter a stressful situation. Ask yourself, is it necessary to feel this way?
