I recorded this podcast more than 4 months ago before I was too educated on the material that I spoke of. So not all of what I stated was based on fact. A lot of it is based on opinions, theories, and ideas. I discuss vibrations, frequencies, auras, theories, religion, subconscious, spirits, breathing techniques to open your subconscious mind. I hope you enjoy my discussion. I am welcome to your ideas as well. Please feel free to post your feedback.

Your body reacts to each type of anxiety that it encounters. Each time your body encounters an emotion, the body counteracts with an internal reaction throughout the body. The good news is that any type of emotion can be interrupted and flipped into an opposite emotion and thus halting the flow of illness attacks.
Ultimately by having feelings of stress, sadness, or anger can develop various forms of illnesses. Having long-term depression, anger, or anxiety can lead into terminal illness. It is extremely crucial to be aware of how you are reacting in life or you can be susceptible to becoming ill.
I believe that even hereditary illnesses, like cancer, can be put to an end by making a conscious effort by just having a changed attitude. Illnesses seem to be diseases that get passed on through genetics, which scientists have probably proven to be correct. But what also could be passed on is attitude. How a person acts in a stressful situation gets passed on to child as witnessed by the parent's behavior.
Start by becoming aware of all of your reactions to life's situations. Pay attention to how each situation is making you feel. If you start feeling sorts of anxiety and emotion, flip the emotion around to a positive mindset. There are various ways to do so. You can do it by using humor, thinking of your most comforting place, a place that has given you happiness, or memories when you were at your healthiest. Your reactions alone can put an end to any illness or potential illness you may have.

A lot of us fail at our goals before we even start them. The reason for this is because we are afraid of how it’s going to be. How it’s going to be along the way, how it’s going to be when we get there.
This is the fear of the unknown coming through. One should realize that all of this pondering leads to nowhere. In order to break through these obstacles one has to take action. Even the smallest action is important. As each action is taken, your confidence will build up. When you don’t take actions towards your desires, they eat away at you. You beat yourself up over and over.
The pain of not doing it ends up being greater than the anticipation of doing it. As each action is taken on your part, the more you will feel good as you are making progress. As long as you keep focused on the light at the end of the tunnel, you will know that the future is bright.

Start becoming aware of how the condition of your body reacts to stress. Your body sends signals to your brain when it doesn't feel right. Think about what happens to your heart, blood pressure, nerves, muscles, or bones when you encounter a stressful situation. Ask yourself, is it necessary to feel this way? Today I wanted to serve a greater purpose in helping the world. With all of the tragedy that the Gulf of Mexico has endeared since the catastrophic oil spill, I wanted to approach this in a different light. I want to forgive all that may have been involved in contributing to this occurrence and send all of our energy and prayers to the animals, wildlife, people, and businesses affected by this. Let's all join together to help heal the planet.

You are the ultimate deciding factor of how you're going to react in a certain situation or circumstance. You attract things that are on the same frequency of thought. Instead of dwelling on a particular bad occurrence, switch your thoughts and feelings to gratitude. Be grateful for all the good things that are happening in your life. This will immediately change your frequency and bring an end to your supposed "bad luck." You will start attracting better things on that high frequency. I even do some singing in this podcast, so beware of my great singing voice. HAHA!
